Website contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number
Job applications: first and last name, gender, date of birth, address details, phone number, email address, education level, CV, and motivation letter
Business clients: names, phone numbers, and email addresses of contacts at client organizations
Private subscribers*: first and last name, gender, date of birth, address details, phone number, email address, IP address, bank account number

*A private subscriber is an individual who has a computer support subscription with AXS ict. In the past, this activity was conducted under the trade name “0900-8845.”

Special and/or sensitive personal data

AXS ict does not process special or sensitive personal data of clients or website visitors.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

AXS ict processes your personal data for the following purposes:

To contact you if you leave your details on our website contact page
To send our newsletter or other (commercial) information
To execute agreements with our clients
To call or email you if necessary to provide our services
To inform you about changes to our services and products
To analyze your behavior on our website to improve it and tailor our products and services to your preferences
To comply with legal obligations

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, promotional emails, or other commercial messages from us, you can notify us by email (privacy@axs-ict.com). We will then remove your data from these files. If you are a client of AXS ict and request that your personal data be deleted, this may result in us no longer being able to provide our services to you.

Access, correction, or deletion of data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by AXS ict, and the right to data portability. You can send a request to privacy@axs-ict.com. To verify that the request is from you, please include a copy of your ID, blacking out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for privacy protection. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, via this link.

Security of personal data

AXS ict takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. Measures include:

Security software such as antivirus and firewalls
TLS (formerly SSL). We send your data via a secure internet connection, indicated by “https” and the lock icon in the browser bar
ISO 27001 certification. This demonstrates that AXS ict meets strict international standards for information security. Certification ensures that the company takes the right measures to keep information secure, now and in the future. Annual internal and external audits guarantee ongoing compliance.
