Bandwidth

Need more internet speed? You can choose the bandwidth that suits your needs. The bandwidth is allocated per device and applies to all users.

There are two types of users:

• Standard: price per user per month (maximum of 3 devices per user)
• Day Pass: price per user for each day the user is logged into the network (maximum of 1 device per user)

* More than 25 users? You receive a 50% discount for each additional user.

Security

Does your company require additional security? Use one or more of our security services to ensure that your data remains safe and accessible only to authorized users.

Rackspace

We offer rack space in our secure and climate-controlled server rooms.

Printing

You don’t need to purchase your own printer. We provide a shared printer for both black-and-white and color printing. Scanning documents is also available.

There are no fixed costs for this service. All prints and scans are invoiced at the end of the month. For invoices with a total amount below €10, a €3 administration fee will be charged.

Maintenance

Nothing is more frustrating than a poorly functioning PC or laptop. By updating your computer regularly, we ensure that it continues to run smoothly and is equipped with the best antivirus software. You can also do your part: clean your screen from time to time and shake out your keyboard. This helps prevent malfunctions and improves both your work experience and hygiene.

BUSINESS STANDARD

In addition to email, calendar, storage, and Teams, you are also entitled to use the full Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and PowerPoint) on up to five different devices. You never have to buy a new license, as you will always receive the latest version.
